Dune: Awakening Direct is a series of videos created by Funcom and published to YouTube. The videos chronicle the development process behind Dune: Awakening and give fans an insight into the game before its release. The first episode's release coincided with the release of Dune: Part Two.

Episode 1 of the series was released on March 4th, 2024 at 17:00 UTC, and had a length of 24:25 minutes. The episode gave an in-depth guide into the various mechanics of the game and tools that players will be able to use throughout their gameplay. The episode also featured an in-game never seen before render of what gameplay will be like.
