Funcom Oslo AS, trading publicly as Funcom is a Norwegian video game developer most notably known for its development of large MMORPG's such as Age of Conan, Anarchy Online, and The Secret World.
In February 2019, Funcom announced that it had partnered with Legendary Studios in a six year deal that would see them exclusively produce three games within the Dune Universe.[1] Their first game, Dune: Spice Wars, was released in 2022. The second, Dune: Awakening, was announced in August 2022 at Gamescon, however no release date was given.
